| In 1975, when I moved to Japan, my dream was
to recreate Metallic Beads. At present, thanks to your warm support, I could make my dream come true. Thus I would like to express my warmest and sincere thanks to all of you that supported me and helped me making this dream come true. Now that 30 years have elapsed, when I look back over the years, I can realize that I could not have done all that alone. Now I have another dream, which is to pass all these beautiful things to next generations. Although this dream was born very recently, I hope that my son Chitaro and his wife Junko will make this dream even bigger. My family and I deeply felt in love with these beautiful little things that are "Metallic Beads". Metallic Bead Bags cannot be manufactured. They are created by hand with much time and patience. I stick to our motto — original designs. The way we follow at my atelier, not like at many giant companies, is focused on creating Bead pieces, though not many, with quality. This is the reason why creating a single bag is time taking. Thus we would be thankful for your kindest understanding. |
